Terms and Conditions

For Events:

Booking

  • Events are not confirmed until the deposit is paid, deposits are non-refundable. If over payments are made these are non-refundable also.
  • We do not refund deposits or overpayments as we will turn down other jobs to fulfil reserved dates
  • Balance payments are due 6 weeks prior to the event, these must be paid on time as we purchase any materials accordingly.

Dates

  • If for any reason an event date needs to be changed, we will be as accommodating as possible.
  • If an event is cancelled deposits will not be refunded and 4 weeks prior to the event the balance will also have to be paid

Delivery and collection:

  • Times must be provided for access into the venue at least 2 weeks prior to the event along with full details of where the display is required
  • Set up time and duration are required and must be agreed prior to the event
  • The full start and finish times of the event must be accurate as we will work to these.
  • If our display requires take down unless stipulated prior to the event, collection will be 15 mins after the event finish time. Any additional time will be charged at £25 p/h per person. Collection the following day can be agreed in advance if the venue is happy with this
  • If factors out of our control affect delivery/ set up times we will deduct any items not achieved in the time only
  • For the rare occasion when factors out of our control cause delay i.e stuck on a closed motor way etc we will contact the party and explain the situation and advise on a revised delivery time and if they’d still like us to deliver.
  • As above but if the event has passed we will provide full refund

Balloon Colours:

  • Balloon colours will be confirmed- 4 weeks prior to your event. Changes to these can only be made at our discretion if all the materials haven’t been purchased, we will be accommodating where possible
  • If a certain colour is not available with our suppliers, we will inform you of any substitute colours

Mail Order Balloons:

1. Due to the personalised nature of our goods, standard turn around time is 7 working days ( although this will be confirmed when order is placed)

2. Express orders are available for an extra fee at checkout and can be dispatched within 3 working days subject to stock. Shipping time is additional.

3. Turn around times do not include shipment, orders take an additional 1-2 working days  postage

4. Orders are sent signed for, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the parcel is collected from the courier within the allocated time frame. We will not send additional parcels if the parcel is not received/ destroyed as a result of it not being collected

5. In the event goods are returned to us due to being undelivered, the customer is responsible to pay for redelivery

6. Tracking numbers will be provided, but we cannot be held responsible if couriers take longer to deliver than their specified time frames. Please allow 3-5 days as a buffer, most couriers will not look into missing or delayed parcels until 10 days have passed.

7. No refunds will be made if the postage courier takes longer than their specified time periods as this is not Best Day Ever Companies fault.

8. It is the customer responsibility to ensure the address on PayPal is correct- we will not remake/ resend as a result

9. International orders (outside of England) will take 28 working days to produce and shipment will be additional

10. European international shipments (outside of England) can take between 5-7 days to be received.

Parcels going to countries outside of the EU- take up to 14 working days, excluding any hold ups from customs etc. We are not

responsible for customs delays or duty charges ( the customer is to pay).
