Refunds/ Returns:

 

1. Best Day Ever Company is not liable for any spelling mistakes made by the customer. In the event an item is printed incorrectly as a result of the customer providing incorrect information …no refund/ or remake will be made

2. In the event Best Day Ever Company makes a spelling mistake, or an item in the wrong colour/ not to the customer specification- we will resend the item out first class as soon as possible and send the tracking number to the customer

3. No refunds are accepted- all items are made to order

4. If an item is faulty/ damaged- the customer is to notify Best Day Ever Company within 7 working days and a new item will be sent out

5. Personalisation using swear words is not permitted, as is personalisation that counterfeits brands and we reserve the right to decline orders if the subject matter is against our company policy.
